When to create an Incident Plan
An incident plan should be created for any prescribed burn, bushfire, deployment, or other multi-day event
An incident plan should be created when sending staff to an event or incident controlled by another Agency.
Theplanshouldonlycontainagencymembers:forexampleincludingtheagency Div Com and any units sent.
Additionally, the incident plan can be utilised to assist in works programs. For example, a weed spraying program, helicopter lifting job. Any activity that you would do forward planning where you would consider availability, fatigue, and qualifications.
