The default login screen allows members to enter their Cimara login details manually.

Note that the password field is case-sensitive and must match the user’s login credentials assigned by the relevant Organisation.

To log into the App, press the yellow “Login” button. The server will attempt to match the email and password to the specified Organisation. Then, it will either log the Member in or reject their access request if any provided details are invalid or incorrect.

Should a member forget their password to an email address, they can press the “Forgot Password?” text below the login button, which will navigate the Member to the “Forgot Your Password” screen.

If Single Sign On (SSO) is enabled and not forced, then the Member can switch to the Single Sign On login screen by tapping the relevant link above the login button.
